Seaside Foraging Event

As well as coastal edible seaweed, we will also identify other coastal plants that are useful for the pot! The texture, taste and nutritional benefits are multitude and that's apart from how good it is for our minds and bodies to get in contact with nature and the sea! Sea dip is recommended but obviously totally optional!! :-) Wild plant inspired drink and snacks are included. We will meet at Killiney train station and forage on Killiney beach.

• You will need appropriate clothing and footwear.
• The walk is moderately accessible for most but is not suitable for anyone with an advanced disability.
• By signing up for this event you are agreeing to take responsibility for your own safety.
• You will be given clear instructions and guidelines about the plants we see. However, what you decide to eat and the quantities are entirely your decision
